Making Ripples	Go With the Flow	Flower Power

The area blends urban parkland with rose garden, fountain and recreational park with a wilder water-logged adventure out of town following the course of the river through the reed-bed.

The promoted route currently ends at the base of a flight of stone steps. The Kinderspiel Bridge which you pass on the route unfortunately does not link with a formal path on the south bank necessitating returning by the same route.

The more adventurous and well prepared walker may however continue upstream to locate the old battle site at Altimarlach (commemorated with a stone cross) which offers good views of the surrounding area.
