NOSH has launched a "Helpline" which is manned every Friday from 11am to 4pm when members or potential members can phone in with problems they are having relating to developing their tourism business, planning issues, staffing, employment law and any other issues relating to their business. Any queries about tourism should be directed to the helpline.

Priority will be given to members of NOSH, but you can also ask questions about joining NOSH. We are also developing a Frequently Asked Questions section (FAQs) in a forum which will be populated initially by known problems which have been brought to our attention. Only members will be able to access the FAQs section. All minutes and reports will be available on the forum.

Whether you are having staffing difficulties by employees not arriving at work or whether you need assistance of another kind, as a member you can use the service free of charge night or day. This is just one of the many reasons to join the growing band of members joining NOSH and accessing the benefits which range from helping to support an event to developing the walking market for your business.
