About the Author
Anne Grain moved with her family to Caithness in 2005 from Derbyshire when a job opportunity came up. She is keen on outdoor pursuits, which includes cycle touring on a tandem, walking and exploring, sailing and the challenge of gardening in the Far North. She is also a keen artist and enjoys drawing and painting as well as experimenting with other media. Anne is also an assistant scout leader and an assistant beaver leader which allows her to impart her enthusiasm for creativity and the great outdoors to the next generation.
